Hi, I'm Shannon Longoria

Blooming Wherever I'm Planted

I'm an Army brat. Growing up in a military family, I learned early how to bloom wherever you're planted — how to make a home, find your people, and build something meaningful, no matter how many times you start over. It shaped everything about how I move through the world.

Before founding Activ8 Life Wrx, I built a career in public relations, communications, and teaching — work that taught me to listen, to tell a story, and to help people find their voice. Today I'm a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX in Texas, and I'm a wife and mom who understands that life is full of seasons, each one asking something different of you.

In 2026, my husband's career moved our family to the Washington DC area. It would have been easy to see it as a disruption. Instead, I turned the move into a new beginning — which is exactly what Activ8 is all about. The name is rooted in the biblical significance of the number 8: new beginnings. A fresh start, a next chapter, a life fully activated.

That's the heart behind everything I do — the journals, the travel, the real estate, the wellness, the AI concierge. I help people activate their next chapter, whether that means finding a home, planning the trip that finally gets taken, or simply remembering that you were made for more.

Four Ways I Can Help

Whatever season you're in, there's a path to activation here.
